Rivera is a pet friendly community with a maximum of two pets per household and a 25 lb weight limit. Pet owners must pay an initial deposit of $350, along with an additional $35 monthly per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Contact the office for more details.

Parking at Rivera is a breeze! Each unit is allocated one assigned carport spot, and additional parking spots can be purchased for $25 monthly, upon availability. There are unassigned, uncovered spots available for guests on a first come, first serve basis.
